Overview
One Earth Optimization (1EO) is a global B2B digital marketplace designed to streamline the buying and selling of excess and obsolete plastic materials across 12 countries. The platform connects manufacturers, recyclers, and traders, enabling them to efficiently trade surplus plastic inventory that would otherwise go to waste.
The core objective of 1EO is to promote sustainability and circular economy practices by giving unused plastic materials a second life. Sellers can list their excess stock with detailed specifications, pricing, and availability, while buyers can explore a wide range of materials, compare offers, and place bids or purchase directly through the platform.
The system is built to handle multi-country operations, supporting localization, multiple currencies, and region-specific logistics. It includes advanced features such as product listings with media and technical data sheets, real-time bidding and offer management, wishlist functionality, and user-specific dashboards for tracking transactions and inventory.
From a technical perspective, the platform emphasizes scalability, secure transaction handling, and efficient data management. It integrates APIs for shipping, payments, and external services, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for users. Overall, 1EO is not just a trading platform but a sustainability-driven solution aimed at reducing industrial waste and optimizing global plastic resource utilization.
