The challenge
The platform had grown into three disconnected front-ends, each with its own navigation, type scale, and publishing flow. Contributors could not find their own posts.
What we did
We consolidated everything behind one design system and a single content model, then rebuilt the front-end in Next.js with static generation for every article.
